Elevated Moments 360 – Service Policies
At Elevated Moments 360, we are committed to delivering a modern, seamless, and elevated experience for every event. The following policies help ensure a smooth booking and execution process.
Booking & Payment Policy

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

Events booked within 7 days of the event date require full payment at booking.

No date is reserved until the retainer and signed agreement are received.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All retainers are non-refundable.
-
One reschedule is permitted with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability.

Cancellations within 7 days of the event result in forfeiture of all payments.

Rescheduled events must take place within 6 months of the original event date.
Setup & Venue Requirements

To ensure a safe and successful experience, the client agrees to provide:

A minimum 10’ x 10’ level space
-
Access to a standard power outlet within 25 feet
-
A safe, covered area for outdoor events (if applicable)

Venue access at least 45 minutes prior to service start time

Elevated Moments 360 is not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions, weather, power issues, or guest interference.
Safety Policy
-
The 360 platform safely accommodates 3–4 guests per spin.

Guests must follow all instructions provided by the booth host.
-
Elevated Moments 360 reserves the right to pause or stop service if unsafe behavior occurs.

The client is responsible for any damages caused by guests.
Media & Content Usage

Elevated Moments 360 reserves the right to use event photos and videos for marketing and promotional purposes.

Clients may request privacy in writing prior to the event date.
-
Corporate/Brand clients receive usage rights as outlined in their package agreement.
Force Majeure
-
Elevated Moments 360 is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, power outages, government restrictions, or emergencies.
Travel Policy
-
Travel within the Austin metro area is included.
-
Events outside Austin metro may incur a travel fee.
-
Additional lodging may be required for events exceeding certain distances.
